I got this for Christmas and i think its great! I got it because i've torn the ligaments a number of times in my ankle and wanted a physio tool.
After a few weeks i manage to get the rhythm, I use it every day and I have notice a big difference in my running.
I found if I used it with just a sock on rather than a shoe it made a big difference.
Highly recommended.

I bought this and it was wonderful, just loke the Powerball Hand trainer. BUT make sure you secure it to your foot properly. One day i put it on but being lazy i forgot to fasten it properly, I got up to 15000 RPM, my wife walked in, it flew off my foot and Smacked her right in the face, shattering on impact. She was out cold for 13 minutes, scarred horribly now for life. This is an excellent product just dont get lazy with safety like i did.

If you have the slightest bit of coordination in your feet then using this will not be a problem! You do not need to go a million miles an hour to get a workout out with it, simply just move your ankle up and down. I have suffered from bad ankle ligaments tears and this thing has worked wonders to get my ankle back to full strength!
So if you need to strengthen your ankles or your just looking to strengthen your lower legs, then go for it! Just dont expect to score high scores like you do wen using the powerball with your hands.
Dont listen to the bad reviews, they onbiously have no patience to generate the slighest bit of coordination in their feet!
The only reason I have rated it as a 4 star is becuase its the second one ive had to buy becuase I broke the other trying to pull the strap too tight!
